and as to the disposal of the proceeds there-
of;
(b) order the restitution, conditionally or otherwise, to any person who may appear to the court to be entitled to the possession of
it, of any property coming into the custody
or control of the court or police;
(c) order any convicted person to pay compensa- tion not exceeding five hundred dollars to any
person appearing to have suffered damage loss
or injury by reason of the offence.

(d) in lieu of passing sentence exercise the
powers given by section 30 of the Magistrates
Ordinance, 1932;
(e) exercise the powers given by section 32 of
the Magistrates Ordinance, 1932, as if the sum
therein specified had been one hundred dollars
and not twenty-five dollars;
(f) in the case of children and young persons as defined by the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance,
1932, exercise the powers referred to in
section 18 of that Ordinance or given to a
Magistrate by Section 90 of the Magistrates
Ordinance, 1932;
(g) enforce by distress any order for the pay-
ment of fine or for compensation, or allow time for payment or compensation and generally
may give directions as to any such payment
or campensation or distress;
Provided that in the exercise of such powers the court shall act as the justice of the case may
require and in particular shall conform to the
Fules of Procedure for the time being in force;
And provided further that the powers in sub-para-
graphs (a) and (b) hereof may be exercised although
